HOW THE STUDY OF ANIMAL SPIRITUALITY CAN ADD IN THE APPLICATION OF ANIMAL LAW IN BRAZIL

Abstract

This article search to analyse two apparently distinct áreas of view of animals, comparing convergent points of the spiritist doctrine and de the discipline Animal Law. Furthermore, possible divergences between these áreas will be analysed. To this end, meterial from the spiritists books will be presented, most of then psychographed, and books of Animal Law. In the end, it is concluded that much of what was presented in doctrinal psychographics has been used in Animal Law, demonstrading that Science and spirituality are fully capable of walking together, notably in favor of non-human animals.
