Abstract
Este artigo argumenta que o progresso na proteção ambiental pode ser feito destacando a relação de apoio mútuo entre as normas jurídicas que asseguram os Direitos de Natureza e o já estabelecido, embora cada vez mais ameaçado, Princípio da Precaução.References
